Subscriptions are billed through the store you purchased from. To view, change or cancel: on iOS open Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android open the Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions.

If you subscribed on the web (paid by card at checkout), email support@bangoo.ai to cancel or manage your subscription and we'll take care of it. Cancel anytime, and you keep access until the current period ends.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time. See the Account Deletion page.
